About

I'm an academic working at the intersection of entrepreneurship, business strategy, and organizational research. My scholarship is grounded in two completed PhDs — one in Business & Entrepreneurship Research from ICN Business School, France, and one in AI & Digital Literacy from Universitat Rovira i Virgili (URV), Spain — and I currently hold a faculty position at IPAG Business School, where I teach and research entrepreneurship and strategy.

Alongside my primary appointment, I contribute to research collaborations on family firms and maintain an active academic network across European business schools — reflected in the affiliations below.

Beyond the classroom, I provide customized AI solutions — pedagogical and organizational — through AIwithkhodor.

Teaching

My teaching relies on innovation in pedagogy — bringing practical, current tools and methods into the classroom rather than teaching from a fixed syllabus. I've taught across several European universities and business schools.
